• This document sets out the rules and inform how to use the website www.viaterris.com (hereinafter referred to as: "website"). The website is the property of CHT Sp. z o.o. entered into the National Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Kraków Śródmieście in Kraków, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0001151777 with the share capital of PLN 5,000.. Through the website the customer can make reservations managed and organized by external companies (hereinafter: “Touroperator”) in various countries, for customers interested in using these services.

• The website is dedicated to offer different tours or touristic events. We would like that our customers to be well informed of all the services and news offered by CHT Sp. z o.o.. Therefore the customer must share with us his email and thus authorize the sending of: promotions, commercials, newsletters, notifications or messages by any means including electronic messages, other touristic events offers that can be interested for the customers.

• To improve the services offered on the website we give the possibility to put the opinión of the customers. The opinions can be given by the customer within 24 hours after the touristic activity was finished. The customer will receive an email in which he can express his opinion / comment. Comments will appear on the website as soon as possible but prior review of each of them and then published. All the comments that are discriminatory or intolerant to any race, sex, religion, nationality or any other cause will be not published or will be deleted. The same Will be with the comments that are:  disrespectful, insulting, offensive, defamatory or comments which it deems unsuitable for publication. The opinions that incorporate content not related to the services provided, as well as include advertising or personal contact data (phone, addresses, etc.) will be not published or will be deleted.

• The content of the website is restricted by intellectual and industrial property of CHT Sp. z o.o. or is licensed by a third party. The content include, but is not limited to: texts, images, graphics, icons, technology, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as the graphic design and source code of the website. CHT Sp. z o.o. does not give the customer any license or authorization of any kind on its intellectual and industrial property rights or any other kind of rights related to the website, services and contents. Be aware that the trademarks, trade names and distinctive signs appearing on the website may be protected by industrial property rights. The use of these elements is prohibited if you do not have prior written authorization of CHT Sp. z o.o.. The customer agree to respect the website’s intellectual property rights and sole property rights of Viatrris and other third parties.

• CHT Sp. z o.o. as the owner of the website has got the following responsibilities:

- The content of the website is for informational purpose only but CHT Sp. z o.o. can not fully guarantee the quality of the offers and accuracy of the informations given by the third parties. Because of that CHT Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for the lack of accurcy, completness, updating of data or informations that are on the website. The contents and information on the website are prepared by professionals duly qualified touroperators. Because of that CHT Sp. z o.o. will not be also liable for the misuse that users may make of the contents or the website, or for those users that are contrary to good faith, regulations or this Legal Notice. In addition, CHT Sp. z o.o. declines any liability arising from the infringement of intellectual property rights of any kind by users.

- CHT Sp. z o.o. declines to have any responsibility for any type of informational contenct included in the website of third parties. CHT Sp. z o.o. has no control over this type of links declines to have any responsibility for any type of informational content included in web pages owned by third parties. CHT Sp. z o.o. also has no control of web links that may appear on the website so the responsibility for accessing them rests entirely with the customer.
