Why to make the reservation with Viaterris?

If you make the reservation with us you will be able to discover many different places in an unique and unrepeatable way. We have the best suppliers and the most affordable prices to make your trip a special experience.


Do we visit all the landmarks included in the itinerary?

In the description of every tour you can find all the detailed information about the itinerary. There will be specify if you visit a monument or not.


How can I find the meeting point and recognize the guide?

You can find the meeting point and the guide information on the specific tour's subpage on our website. When you receive the voucher you will be able to find the location of the meeting point described on the voucher in the "meeting point" section and all the information about how you can recognize the guide.


What does "Price per group" mean?

Some suppliers offer the option of the private tour. In the private tours only you or your group can enjoy this kind of experience. The price is the same for one person or for a few people, since you’ll be paying for the service.


I'm going to be late for the tour. Will the guide wait for me?

We always recommend being at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour start, because the guide will not be able to wait or answer you out of respect for the travelers who did arrive on time.


Are there more dates available than those listed on the website?

Normally, we have available the tours offered on the dates and times that are shown on our website. if you or your group would like to do the tour at a different time you can write to us at info@viaterris.com and we will help you as much as possible.


How to book

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend to book as soon as possible so that you can secure your place on the tour. The information about the availability of the tour is on each tour’s description subpage. Remember that during the high season the tours quickly sell out.


Do I need to print my reservation confirmation/voucher?

There is no need to print your confirmation email or voucher if you would prefer to use your smart phone to show this to the guide. However, a printed back up is never a bad idea.


Is it possible to make a reservation and pay for the tour at the destination?

Unfortunately It is not possible to pay at the destination. The payment process must be completed on either our website.


Payments, changes and cancellations

I need to cancel my tour. Can I get a refund?

Rules for refunds vary a lot. It depends of the conditions related to your specific reservation and tour. You will be able to find all the information about this in the “Cancellations” section of each tour. If you cancel a tour within the “free cancellation period”, you’ll be refunded in the same way you paid.


Which methods of payment do you accept ?

Viaterris offers different methods of payment. You can pay securely using credit cards, debit cards, or Paypal. You can pay also via the external payment system imoje, operated by ING Bank Śląski S.A. with its registered office in Katowice.


I think I have paid but I didn't receive any confirmation email

The payment probably didn't go through and your tour wasn't booked. Please go back to the booking page and try again. If you've seen that the payment has gone through, maybe the email address was incorrect. In this case, please contact us in our contact form and we'll solve it as soon as possible.
